TRAINING

The firm designs customized training for its clients (in French or in English) to increase their awareness of competition, distribution, and consumer law. These sessions offer practical answers to questions and problems encountered by operational employees in their day-to-day activities.

In addition to the training we design for clients, founder Romain Maulin also has teaching assignments in various leading Masters programs and in the Paris bar training school (EFB):

The firm also regularly participates in specialist conferences and working groups, both in France or abroad, organized by the French Association for Competition Studies (Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence or AFEC) and the Association of Competition Law Practitioners (Association des avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence or APDC).
