Competition and distribution laws not only are constraints : MAULIN AVOCATS can help you turn them into opportunities.
Our practice is structured around two core ideas that are at the heart of any business strategy :
We advise and assist you, either as plaintiff or as defendant, before all regulators (Competition Authority, European Commission, DGCCRF) and controlling courts. We also help you to avert future difficulties by designing and setting up robust distribution networks and competition law compliance programs.
Since a lawyer can no longer be a mere legal advisor and requires, on the contrary, a day-to-day support of its clients in their various stages of growth, Romain Maulin decided to found in 2018 a boutique firm of excellence where team members intervene exclusively in competition, distribution and consumer law.
The excellence of the firm, acknowledged by its clients, is being praised by leading legal rankings, in particular Décideurs, Legal 500 and Chambers.
MAULIN AVOCATS deals efficiently with often complex cases in various sectors: pharmaceuticals, banking, food retail, transport and logistics, luxury goods and telecommunications.
Building on his technical and sector-based experience, MAULIN AVOCATS can manage both investigations and litigation but also proactively intervene to anticipate the competition implications of your strategic projects, in particular as regards external growth operations.
