Competition and distribution laws not only are constraints : MAULIN AVOCATS can help you turn them into opportunities.

Our practice is structured around two core ideas that are at the heart of any business strategy :

Boost your company’s strength vis-à-vis its business partners and regulators

Protect your market and your company’s market positioning

We advise and assist you, either as plaintiff or as defendant, before all regulators (Competition Authority, European Commission, DGCCRF) and controlling courts. We also help you to avert future difficulties by designing and setting up robust distribution networks and competition law compliance programs.
