MAULIN AVOCATS was founded in 2018 by Romain Maulin after spending over ten years in the antitrust practices of major UK and US law firms (Herbert Smith Freehills, Allen & Overy, Dechert). His professional experience logically follows from his elitist legal studies in France (at University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and Sciences Po Paris) and in England (at University of Westminster in London).

Laetitia Gosselet

Laetitia Gosselet

A member of the Paris Bar since 2020, Laetitia provides effective support to the firm’s clients in competition and distribution laws. Enjoying a dual education in law and economics, Laetitia is a graduate of the Master 2 in Competition and Contract Law at the University of Versailles, where she defended a thesis entitled “The abuse of dominant position in the digital age“. Laetitia has also completed her excellent training, notably acquired abroad, with various internships, in particular, at the Paris Court of Appeal within the Economic Law Regulation Chamber and in several law firms specialised in economic law.

Clients regulary praise Laetitia for being thorough, smart and assertive.

A member of the AFEC, of which she has been an ambassador for the youth section, Laetitia regularly publishes articles in leading journals. She also teaches competition law at the EFB Paris.

Claire Sicard

Claire SICARD

Claire has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2022 and advises clients on distribution and competition laws.

Claire has an excellent background in economic law and holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Economics from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a Master 2 in Business Law (DJCE) from the University of Caen Normandie.

Claire completed her academic training with various internships at the legal departments of luxury goods companies and dermatological laboratories. Claire also completed several internships with some of the leading law firms in the field of economic law.
